Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issues, and clear photos of the items and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide store credit or a replacement, at our discretion. Please note, issues reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
